Jerry holds up the lobster he caught
for our picnic.
Brian insists his new bride Kristin gets
a close-up view of a lobster. Kristin is not enjoying this experience.
Jerry unloads his catch and prepares
to clean it for our picnic at Rocky Point.
He places the fish, lobster and vegatables
on foil, then adds spices and butter.
The foil is sealed tightly
then the food is placed over a fire made from dried out coconut shells.
Meanwhile we enjoy the
quiet of the deserted beach.
And do a little shell
hunting. The reef is very close to the island at Rocky Point.
After a great meal of
fresh fish and lobster on a beautiful deserted beach, Rick's expression
says it all.
